Terms of Service
Effective date: October 3, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to theb2bseocompany.com (the “Site”) and the B2B SEO services offered by CorMar LLC, doing business as The B2B SEO Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.
Services
The B2B SEO Company provides search engine optimization strategy, research, technical SEO, content, authority-building, AI-search optimization, measurement, consulting, and related services for business-to-business companies. The scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and timing for a client engagement are controlled by the applicable proposal, Service Agreement, or Statement of Work.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original text, graphics, branding, tools, frameworks, code, and other materials are owned by CorMar LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials and data they provide. A client grants us the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to access and use those materials to perform the agreed services.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site for an unlawful purpose; interfere with Site operation; attempt to bypass security controls or obtain unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; or use automated systems to harvest Site data in a manner that harms the Site or without our written permission.
Fees and Payment
Service fees and payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Late payment may result in paused or suspended services. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, fees already earned or paid are non-refundable.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
SEO and digital visibility depend on search platforms, competitors, the condition of the Site, implementation, market demand, internal resources, and other factors outside our control. CorMar LLC does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, pipeline amount, or revenue outcome except for any limited written commitment expressly included in a signed client agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may otherwise apply, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorMar LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from use of the Site or services. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, our total liability relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Site and our services may rely on or link to third-party websites, search engines, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, software, and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, algorithms, or actions.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms, threatens security, infringes rights, or harms our operations. Client-service termination rights and obligations are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.
Use Outside the United States
People accessing the Site from outside the United States are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. We do not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.
Educational Content
Guides, articles, calculators, templates, and other educational materials on the Site provide general information and are not legal, financial, or accounting advice.
